CEO & FOUNDER
ANDREW MITCHELL
Andrew Mitchell established KITA Communications in 2022, building on a 25-year career in communications across Russia, Japan, and Switzerland.
In 2017, he co-founded and served as the CEO of Mitchell Stafford Management (MSM), a leading PR & Communications agency based in the Olympic Capital of Lausanne.
Andrew was a senior member of the communications team at the International Olympic Committee (IOC) from 2009 to 2016, where he helped deliver four editions of the Games (Vancouver 2010, London 2012, Sochi 2014, and Rio 2016).
A writer by trade, Andrew cut his teeth as a journalist in Tokyo, where he was twice named Sportswriter of the Year while at the International Herald Tribune-Asahi Shimbun.

KATE OLLIER
Kate Ollier is a veteran communications specialist with over two decades of experience at the highest levels of international sport and governance.
An expert in translation, proofreading and minute-taking, Kate enjoyed a distinguished career in the Communications Department of the International Olympic Committee before going freelance in 2017.
Bilingual in English and French with a high level of professional competency in Spanish, Kate has been a key collaborator of KITA Communications since our inception in 2022.
Based in Manchester, she was promoted to UK Associate in 2026 to provide our European partners with real-time strategic support and seamless continuity across time zones.
